Our items are custom items made to order. We stand behind the quality of every order and will replace or refund any item that arrives defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered. The sections below explain what is covered and how to start a claim.

Defective or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a print error, or visible damage caused in transit, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. Claims for defects or misprints must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the issue (front, back, and any close-up of the defect).
  • A photo of the shipping label if the package itself was damaged.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you, or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Wrong Item Received

If the item you received does not match the item you ordered (wrong design, wrong product, or wrong variant), contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement of the correct item. You do not need to ship the incorrect item back unless we specifically ask for it.

Buyer's Remorse

Because each item is custom items made to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for orders where the buyer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or ordered the wrong colour by mistake. Please double-check the size guide on each product page and the items in your cart before completing checkout.

Size or colour mistakes are reviewed case by case and a partial refund or a discounted-replacement option may be offered at our discretion. Contact us with your order number and we will see what we can do.

How to Request a Return

Use the form below to start a claim. We will respond within 2 business days. Every request is reviewed manually — no refund is issued automatically.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once issued, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Replacement orders go through the standard processing and shipping times listed on our shipping page.
