About the store

This is a small print-on-demand storefront. Products are made to order through a fulfillment partner and shipped directly to you. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

Ordering process

Orders go through three stages:

1. Draft. When you check out, your payment is authorized and we create a draft order. Nothing is printed yet.
2. Manual review. We give the draft a quick sanity check (address looks valid, variant matches what you ordered, etc.). If anything looks off we'll email you before charging or sending to production.
3. Sent to production. Once we hit “send to production”, the order is locked in with the fulfillment partner and printing begins. This is the point where the order becomes non-refundable, because the partner starts incurring costs the moment they pick up the job.

If you spot a mistake (wrong size, wrong address) and you tell us before the order is sent to production, we'll fix it or cancel the order. After it has been sent to production we cannot cancel or change it.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and acts of God are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund. If the carrier marks a package as delivered and you didn't receive it, please contact the carrier first; we will do what we can to help but cannot reship items the carrier confirms were delivered.

If a package arrives damaged or the print is defective, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All artwork, product designs, photos, videos, and copy on this site belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you the product, not a licence to reproduce the design. Please don't copy, redistribute, or train AI models on the content here without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased here. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that the applicable law says cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of this storefront is established. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.
