Processing Time

Each item is custom made to order. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays, and may be longer during seasonal peaks (for example, the period around Black Friday and the December holidays).

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and, where available, expedited shipping. The shipping options presented at checkout depend on the destination address and the items in your cart. Shipping is calculated and shown before you complete payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is the sum of processing time and transit time. Typical transit windows after dispatch:

  • Standard shipping within the United States: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Standard shipping within Canada: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Standard shipping within Europe: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Standard shipping to the rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather events, and incorrect addresses can extend transit time.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority on delivery.

We declare the order at its actual value on all international shipments. We are unable to mark parcels as “gift” or reduce the declared value.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the address on the order as soon as the shipment is handed to the carrier. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear on the carrier's website after the shipping confirmation is sent.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us using the address below.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and your local carrier depot first; packages occasionally arrive a day after the “delivered” scan. If the package cannot be located after 3 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund in line with our returns policy.
